SyfrSpace™ is an online learning community with two components: content and tools. The content is organized around Read to Lead—digital book studies with discussion forums. The tools provide users with a secure online learning network at a low cost. SyfrSpace™ is offered in partnership with TASA.

Budget cuts are forcing districts to look for less expensive ways to provide meaningful staff development. Capitalizing on quality online tools and resources offers natural savings on materials and travel. With that in mind, Syfr and TASA have partnered to offer Read to Lead, a staff development service in SyfrSpace™ featuring online book studies. The book studies are designed around topics that have been shown to impact and improve student learning. The current Read to Lead series specifically focuses on improving teacher quality through neuroscience. Read to Lead studies currently offered include: Drive, by Daniel Pink; The Talent Code, by Daniel Coyle; Talent Is Overrated, by Geoff Colvin; and The Genius in All of Us, by David Shenk.

Educators may also also participate in free, live weekly webinars on these and other books. You do not need to be a member of SyfrSpace to join us.

View the current schedule or sign up to partipate in one of these free weekly Read to Lead webinars.
